    Loved the whole experience. The staff and facilities are awesome, reasonably priced souvenirs and the penguin experience very special indeed. I particularly liked the walk along the boardwalk which gave you very close views of the penguins heading home. Beautiful also watching the sunset before putting the camera away and just enjoying the night.

    The cruise was nice and informative but we did not get the two hour cruise. Due to the weather, we only were able to do a one hour cruise.

    Really serene trip up the river - we had 2 hours so got to hering island and back - you'd need 3 hours to get to docklands downstream as well. Bring a towel to sit on - the black cushions get hot in the sun!

    We took my parents and our two little ones on this trip—so much fun! Steve made sure everyone was included, even letting the kids sit in the front for a bit. Loved the quiet lunch spot away from crowds. Bring snacks for the road and a camera, the views are STUNNING.

    Tour was really good. Our guide Jay was very informative and kept spirits high even when it started raining. We didn’t see kangaroos this time but got lucky with koalas. Coach was modern and clean. Slightly wished for longer at one of the waterfalls.
