Tour guide was shocked and told us it was Headouts fault and to claim a refund from headout. Apparently the company running the tours had no idea of what was being advertised by Headout, whole thing was a shambles for us and others, waste of time, not what we wanted and paid over the odds!! Tour company would take no responsibility so we are left trying to get refund from head out. Very disappointed family and children and also wasted money on taxis there and back 😔. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLWWayne L

What i paid for was almost 20 euros more expensive per head than just paying for the museum and walking around on your own. sorry not sure it was really worth the money at all.
