Charles was excellent - He had a lot of knowledge about the tower and we learned a lot! I did not know that the tower was originally built for the World's Fair in 1889. A little over 2 years to build - wow! 25 people work on the painting crew - that's a lot of painting!

The guide was great at explaining everything and at asking us questions to see what we knew, which really got us more involved in the tour, so here are our top recommendations👍 Plus, the weather was absolutely perfect—full sun and 33 degrees—so it doesn’t get any better than that

Climbing to the top of the Eiffel Tower was a wonderful experience. It felt special right from the start—we even ran into some fellow Guadalajara natives when we arrived. Henri, our guide, explained everything very clearly and made the tour even more interesting by sharing stories and providing context at each stop. We climbed on foot as dusk approached, which gave each floor a different atmosphere, and finally reached the top by elevator. The best part was that the descent coincided with nightfall: the lights of Paris and the Tower began to appear, and we were able to share that view, some beignets, and the wind from the heights of France—a moment that will remain cherished in our memories.

Hello, my name is Patricia. I’d like to highlight the company’s excellent customer service and support in addressing my questions—they always provided immediate and helpful answers. Our guide, Charly, was very friendly and gave us a thorough explanation of the Tower, complete with illustrations. He even went out of his way to make sure we understood everything, since we speak Spanish. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this experience.

Very well organized, thank you. The guide was fantastic—really friendly and professional. It was very hot, but we didn’t have to wait long at all. His explanations about Paris’s landmarks were very interesting. Since it was so hot, we took the elevator up—a great idea, no doubt on the part of the guide and Headout. Fantastic. In a word, great! Best regards, Jean

Our tour guide did a really great job. She gave lively explanations, involved the children who were there, and found shaded spots (it was a very hot day). Toward the end, it got a little too long for our liking, but we’d rather have it that way than the other way around.
