Although I enjoyed the experience I did feel duped and miss lead by Henry. We booked to go to the summit and it closed while we were waiting. We were told that we could wait or get a full refund not a partial refund but a full refund if we went to the second floor so we chose to go to the second floor. As it turns out the full truth of the matter is that you only get a partial refund so don't be fooled or ask what a full refund means. Considering what we paid the refund we got back was a joke!

It was very easy to buy through the app. When we arrived at the Eiffel Tower, we couldn't find the guide. I called your service and had a relatively long conversation, explaining where I was and that I didn't know what to do. The representative did everything she could to help, and in the end, the guide found us, eight people. Then the representative called to make sure everything was okay. Excellent customer service. As for the guide, he was amazing, patient, cheerful, and gave us clear and concise explanations. We enjoyed every moment with him. Prabhav Pranshu Tip: Use a brighter marker for identification.

First visit to the Eiffel Tower, only snag: when I booked, I didn't see the group I was going to do it with. So I ended up with a group that had English in common. I didn't learn English for a long time. Our guide, Martin, nevertheless gave us a few explanations in French. We thanked him. The Tower and the view are exceptional. A must-see!

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

This tour is not accessible for individuals with mobility impairments.

The summit is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

This tour doesn’t include skipping the line. Your guide will purchase the tickets for you after you arrive. The wait time to purchase tickets can be up to 2 hours, but rest assured that your guide will keep you entertained and provide insightful information about the Eiffel Tower while you wait.

It is recommend allowing extra time before your next activity to ensure you make the most of your Eiffel Tower experience.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

As per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to include the summit, you'll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other 2 floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.

In rare instances, the summit of the Eiffel Tower may be temporarily closed due to situations beyond control, such as inclement weather or other circumstances. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour, and you will be provided a refund for the price of summit access. Summit access can no longer be purchased onsite.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
