Just amazing! You can easily spend the whole day here. We bought our tickets online, and found the people with the blue umbrellas for our tickets, and then went on our way. Plan on at least half a day to see everything. There are several places for snacks and meals. It's crowded, which probably can't be avoided, but no matter. It's definitely a 'must do' experience.

Enjoyed the visit, St Vitus Cathedral very busy with huge tour groups but Lucie, who sorted out our tickets, was exceptional. The audio guide is extremely good and all that you need. I was really disappointed not to be able to see the Royal Palace, which was one of my main reasons for booking and we didn't know that it wasn't open. We could've revisited the following day but were flying home. The Golden Lane is really interesting and beautifully curated. The cafe in the garden at the front of the castle as you enter is lovely and like the gift shop, extremely good value for money which you wouldn't expect. Cheapest gift shop, honestly! Great views as you climb the 217 steps!

Everything was great with the staff who assisted us. I'm not giving it five stars because out of the four sights included in the ticket, two of them aren't worth it because there's nothing to see. The Royal Palace is just 3 empty, ugly rooms, and the Golden Lane is curious, but it's just souvenir shops.
