Absolutely loved it!! My boyfriend and I did this as our splurge day and it was SO worth it. The snow truck is wild (giant wheels, felt like Jurassic Park), and the glacier tunnel is something I’ll never forget. Our guide, Maria, sang a little Icelandic song in the ice chapel, gave me GOOSEBUMPS. Couldn’t stop taking photos. Only tip—dress WARM and wear good boots. Would go again in a heartbeat!

Went with my brother and we BOTH loved it. The glacier tunnel is literally chilly (bring gloves, I forgot mine, big mistake). Our guide, Olafur, cracked jokes the whole time so even the bumpy monster-truck ride was a laugh. Some bits felt a tad rushed, but honestly, standing inside that ICE cave…surreal. Coulda used more info about how they made it, but still—pretty EPIC.

Took my teen son and his friend. The horses were adorable (and shorter than I thought!), and the guide let us pet them. Glacier tunnel was the highlight, though the monster truck ride up is suuuper bumpy. Not for folks who get carsick. Staff was friendly, coffee at the base is okay-ish (not great).

This is the kind of thing you only do once in your life. I loved every second. The tunnel is so blue, and you can see all the layers in the ice. Our guide, Jon, told stories about the glacier’s history, and it’s wild how fast it’s melting. Sad but also BEAUTIFUL. Go if you can!
