The story
At the heart of The Opera Locos lies a colourful troupe of five eccentric singers: tenor Alfredo, baritone Enrique, counter-tenor Franelli, dreamy soprano Maria, and wild mezzo-soprano Carmen. They embark on what seems like a standard opera performance, only to veer into unexpected realms where pop songs crash in, audience members become part of the spectacle, and operatic high drama collides with slapstick-style fun. Set across scenes that tilt from grand arias to cheeky sing-along moments, the show probes ambition, love, rivalry, and reinvention… and then it invites you to join the chorus.
