It was a really impressive experience to see how the bridge opens, through the glass walkaways. The waiting time to get inside the bridge was around 10 or 15 minutes - so it was fine- i expected more. The only thing was, that the engine romms were closed, this evening - so we had to come back the next day. But ist was worth it! The engine romms were really intetesting and there was a lot of information - also for the kids!

The staff at the entrance were very kind and welcoming, my grandsons and I had been seriouly delayed by a situation on the Underground and we were nearly an hour late for our booking at 11.10 am. We were welcomed in from the pouring ain, our bags checked and tickets accepted. We had a very enjoyable and interesting tour of Tower Bridge and it was a great way to spend a very wet and windy day.

Hi! The overall experience with our group of elderly ladies was great! Very nice to be able to use the lifts for those who couldn't walk the stairs. The glass floor was a fun challenge👍😁! Also grateful that you were flexible on the time slot for the tickets, as we got stuck in traffic because of an accident. Thank you!

Fantastic feat of engineering. Really enjoyed the visit but felt the offering needed a bit of context. We checked in and were pointed towards the stairs, no further staff interaction. Lots of information but it could benefit from some interactive media etc. The glass decks are excellent.

The queue was small and the lift was a welcome surprise! The staff were lovely, the information about the bridge and engine room was just enough without being overbearing. The glass floor is scary but brilliant and the whole experience was wonderful
