Our trip to the Plitvice Lakes was truly unforgettable. The beauty of nature there exceeded all our expectations, with crystal-clear waterfalls, emerald-green lakes, and scenic paths winding through the forest. We often felt like we were walking in a fairytale. Our tour guide was also excellent, explaining everything in a clear and understandable way, which helped us appreciate the uniqueness and value of the park even more. Throughout the walk, new breathtaking views kept appearing, and each one left us amazed. We had a wonderful time—while the hike was a bit tiring physically, it was incredibly refreshing for the soul. I can honestly say that anyone who has the chance should visit the Plitvice Lakes at least once in their lifetime, because such natural beauty is truly rare to see.

As vacationers in Croatia, the Plitvice Lakes have been on our to-do list for a long time. It really is a beautiful place, and not just for nature lovers. We had booked a 3.5 hour guided tour, 9-12:30, which ultimately lasted 5 hours. The group was mixed and the very detailed tour was in English and Italian. It was still very crowded for mid-September. The prices 40 for the park incl. boat and road train and 35 for the guided tour. Expensive yes, but considering how much money is spent on the destruction of 🌏, that's peanuts. We say 🙏

How ever much you read on the Internet, a guide is a must if you want to enjoy the park. There's so many points he could point out and that's what made the day for us. From finding the only Elephant in the park to the formation of the fall to the changing pattern of the falls. And the timing of the pace of our walk to getting back on time for our return bus was done in a meticulous manner.

We loved our visit to the Park with Bethsy, she was very approachable, we talked a lot together, she gave us a lot of information and, above all, without her we would never have been able to see and learn everything. We rarely had a guide like her, who adapted to our language (French) in addition to the other visitors with us. Once again, many thanks to her.
