We thought this was one of the best experiences ever! We couldn't have stayed even much longer than the hours we did stay. It's awe-inspiring--the talent used to create this. It's wonderfully interactive for children; however, I think it would be challenging for children under about four years old because of the amount of time you need to spend in there to see and appreciate the entire of that there are a lot of flashing white in a lot of colors and changing scenarios and uneven surfaces, so it's just good to know what your own children might be capable of. The landscape around you is constantly changing. I laughed constantly in a room with big giant white balloons. I would decorate recommend adding this to any stay in Tokyo.

If you go later in the evening begin closing the crowds are very minimal and there was almost no waiting for any section! The exhibits were beautiful and unlike anything I've seen before. Purchasing the tickets on Headout was very easy and we had no trouble navigating the line and getting in - overall I would highly recommend!

It was the organization and the exhibition itself
  • Arrive with your skip-the-line ticket and head straight in—no waiting around. You’ll remove your shoes before entering and start exploring a space that blends light, water, and motion in unexpected ways. Each room is different, and you’ll move through them at your own pace.

    What to expect

Walk barefoot through water as digital koi swim around your feet. Move through mirrored rooms with hanging lights and navigate spaces where walls and floors react to your movement. Don’t miss Floating in the Falling Universe of Flowers, where petals fall around you as you walk. Some areas are dark, others have knee-deep water, and you’ll need to stay aware of your surroundings. You won’t follow a fixed path—just explore freely until you're done.
