Wonderful Trip... from the exciting n very bumpy Jeep ride, to quietly waiting as the sunrise unfolded as we ate breakfast n sipped on coffee. Our guide/driver , Kati, was knowledgeable, super friendly and a master at the photo shoot. Sadly that one dam cloud got in tne way of a perfect Sunrise but just maybe that's what made it perfect!! Our Car driver, Yudiana, went the extra mile for beautiful lookouts over the Valley n waited as we went to the Hot Spring Pools but go early as it's quiet then n got VERY busy by the time we left to the fabulous Luwak coffee plantation tasting... gosh there were about 12 different coffee n tea tasting VERY HAPPY DAY HAD BY ALL THANK YOU KATI n YUDIANA

Everything was great, we had an amazing experience during this whole day trip. Our driver Kinyong tooks us exactly on time, he was kind and very helpful. Thanks to him was everything clear from start which makes our trip a great experience. Everything was managed very well from the start. Rout by jeep drive was unforgattable experience also a sunrise at a Mount Batur was breathtaking moment. Than we had a restful time in a spa and in the coffe plantage. I would highly reccomend this experience for anybody. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. The pick-up was more than punctual, and the driver drove very safely. He waited for us the whole day and explained everything that was going to happen. The hike was beautiful, and the effort was worth every cent. I would definitely book again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an unforgettable experience! My wife and I booked the Mt. Batur package, which included the natural hot springs and Luwak coffee tasting, and it was a 10/10 from start to finish. Yes, it’s an early start, but the views and activities make it absolutely worth it. A huge thank you to our driver, Aguss. He was outstanding—professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the day. He reached out the day before to confirm all the details and even arrived early for pick-up, which really put us at ease. During the journey, he was great company, always checking if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Aguss made the trip even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his care and hospitality. The hike is long: 1.5 hours one-way. And it gets chilly – the summit temperature ranges between 8° to 15° C
