What to bring

• Bring along a spare set of clothes as you may get wet at select attractions.

Singapore Oceanarium

• Wear covered footwear and ensure all loose items are secured for access to support areas.

Adventure Cove Waterpark

• Bring along swimming/waterproof diapers for kids, board shorts, swimming suit/bikini, wet suit/body suit, googles, full body swimwear, round neck t-shirt, and water shoes/booties.

• Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for sun protection.

What's not allowed

Universal Studios Singapore

• Photography and videography are not permitted while experiencing the attractions.

• Pets are not allowed within the premises, except for service animals.

• No costumes or full-faced masks are allowed inside the park.

• Re-entry is not allowed.

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted into the park except baby food, formulas and food for guests with special dietary requirements. Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance.

Singapore Oceanarium

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for infant formula.

Adventure Cove Waterpark

• Cash payments are not accepted; only contactless payments are allowed throughout Resorts World Sentosa.

• Food and drinks from outside Adventure Cove Waterpark are not permitted inside the Waterpark, except Baby food, formulas and food for guests with special dietaries.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Strict dress code: Diapers/napkins, undergarments, jeans, jackets, shoes/slippers, long skirts, clothes with buttons/zipper, and attire with buckles are not allowed.

Harry Potter: Visions of Magic

• Keep in mind outside food and beverages are not allowed. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets, except guide dogs, cannot tag along on this experience.

• Strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition.

Accessibility

Universal Studios Singapore

• This experience is accessible by prams/strollers and wheelchairs.

• Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available near the park entrance at a fee. The rented stroller and wheelchair can only be used within Universal Studios Singapore.

• All restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas are accessible to guests using wheelchairs.

Singapore Oceanarium

• All public areas at Singapore Oceanarium are wheelchair accessible.

• Selected support areas are not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and a lack of ramps; access to these areas may be restricted for guests with mobility needs.

• For the safety of all guests, crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices are not permitted in support areas.

Adventure Cove Waterpark

• Personal strollers and wheelchairs are welcome in the Adventure Cove Waterpark. The Adventure Cove Waterpark has been designed to give barrier-free access to most routes within.

• Certain rides have height requirements for safety; please check signage at each attraction.

• Tubes are provided for select attractions and for guests to use in the Adventure River. Guests may also obtain a personal flotation jacket for use at Bluwater Bay or the Adventure River subject to availability.

Harry Potter: Visions of Magic

• This experience is accessible by wheelchairs.

• Guests with sensory sensitivities should note that this experience features background music, flashing lights, fog, motion-activated sound and video, and other media elements.

Universal Studios Singapore

Singapore Oceanarium

• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent or legal guardian at all times. The allowable ratio is 1 adult to 3 children.

• The experience is open to participants aged 4 and above. Exceptions may be made for children under 4 who can walk independently in support areas.

Wings of Time

• Seats are subjected to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly ensure that your selected date of visit is within the validity period of your ticket purchase.

• Wings of Time Fireworks Symphony: 7:40pm & 8:40pm daily

Adventure Cove Waterpark

• A valid handstamp and admission ticket are required to be presented for re-entry.

• For the safety of our guests and team members in the event of severe weather with lightning, all outdoor attractions in Adventure Cove Waterpark may close temporarily.

• Personal Flotation Jackets are required and provided for guests who wish to experience Rainbow Reef. Restrictions applies regarding the use of personal flotation devices on select slides and attractions.

• Facilities: Indoor & outdoor shower, ATMs, food carts, lockers for rent, etc.

Harry Potter: Visions of Magic

• Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

• Be sure to book a timeslot in advance to enter at your preferred time, as you may be asked to return later if the venue is at full capacity.

• The operating hours are subject to change without prior notice. Visit the venue's website for updates prior to visit.

• The credit voucher is for one-time use only, redeemable in a single transaction. It cannot be stacked, and any unused amount will be forfeited.

• The ticket grants one cup of Butterbeer (while stocks last) or $10 off retail, photo, or F&B purchases. Redemption needs to be made on the same day of visit, within the regular opening hours.

• While this experience is open to guests of all ages, it is recommended for those aged 12 and above.
