Although this experience was chosen by my husband, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it as well! Stopping by the information station when we first arrived was a definite advantage. The woman there set up a route for us to follow so we could get to all the time-specific events at the right time. We paid for General Admission, and felt that it included so much--even the flight simulator, which you don't want to miss! At the end of the day (and you really do need a full day), we were amazed to discover how many hard-working and visionary people were needed in every aspect of the various space projects. This is a must-see experience for all ages!

Have not visited the Space Center in more than 15 years and this visit brought back some amazing memories with made with our children here long ago and even a few from when I visited back in 1975. The pride in America and all we have accomplished is on full display here at the Kennedy Space Center. It truly encouraged me as well as my children that we all had something to give to our nation. Between myself, my wife and my children, we have over 78 years of service to our nation, and when we visit the Space Center it just reminds us why. Everything was awesome. Truly inspirational.

Customer service was excellent to include parking. I forgot my cellphone with ticket information. The parking lot attendant attempted to aid me in locating my phone. Customer service was able to locate my purchase online. What turned out could have spoiled my dad's 95th birthday surprise instead we were able to enjoy a wonderful experience for him on his 1st visit to the space center. We're waiting for a rocket launch to include the next experience. Thanks to your staff, we had an epic experience. No camera.

Buying tickets was easy. Had to go to will call though because the app wouldn't let me download as guest. But that was easy to. The day was pretty neat and more informative than I thought. You do need to do the bus shuttles to the two locations so expect ones for the initial bus for sure. The 2nd stop on the bus is really neat and lots to look at. Back at the main area the shuttle exhibit is really cool to see and worth it. The scale of these rockets are incredible. Definitely worth a visit.

I was impressed with the artistry and interactive and creative exhibits at the Kennedy Space center. I enjoyed the busses taking us to the main exhibits and allowing unlimited time to explore and learn. I loved the multimedia presentations with the actual footage of the launches. It is part science and technology museum, part history museum part playground and part art museum and honors all those who worked to make the US Space Program something to really be proud of! Well done!!

We were surprised that we needed to wait almost 1 1/2 hrs for the bus . We arrived at 11:45 , stopped at information andencouraged by staff to do the bus first because of potentially long lines. I think somewhere on your website you should address this. We felt like the gantry stop was a waste of time, but did enjoy the Apollo center and the imax theatre show on " deep space". Unfortunately by then it was 5:00 pm and time to leave and did not have time for other shows / talks.

What a great experience! So glad we visited while we were in the area. This was my first time there and my friend hadn't been there in many years. We started walking around, seeing the outside rockets. Then we decided to take the bus and got the best bud driver, Terry! It really highlights the whole experience when you take the bus tour. We went to the Gantry and climbed to the top. For us, we were kids when we first landed on the moon - we loved seeing the old control room and the Astronaut Hall of Fame. We took the walking tour under the rocket at the Apollo building and that was fantastic. We were both so happy we visited Kennedy Space Center. Hearing about the upcoming Artemis launch and seeing the hauler tracks from the bus ride was really extra special. I would recommend this to everyone and I have! Thank you for the wonderful visit to history. Everyone was friendly & helpful.

I didn't like dealing with a third party. I wasn't able to take advantage of senior citizen discount. I made a mistake with the date when I was trying my first attempt to make a reservation. I entered the incorrect date. I called supportg that informed me I couldn't change it to the correct date. I couldn't cancel it and re-reserve an appointment. There was no solution available xo I had to buy anaother ticket and lose the money I spent on the first attempt. MY VISIT WAS NOT SPECIAL. I WILL DEFINITELY AVOID HEADOUT IN THE FUTURE!

Purchasing these tickets via Headout was a great idea. All we needed to do was click on the address link in the email that Headout sent us, then we followed the directions to the correct address, no need to stress if we were in the right place. No need to line up to purchase a ticket, just walk up to the turnstiles then scan our tickets to get into the Kennedy Space Centre. The entire experience at the Kennedy Space centre was "out of this world" well done to all involved.

It was the second time going to NASA....this time we took our 21 year old granddaughter. She was amazed and so were we ...for the second time. I was just disappointed in that the Gantry was not working the day we went! But...we did get to see the rocket that came back to earth recently as it was mobi g down the road ahead of us...and it was going to get 'cleaned up' as the your guide told us...to get ready for the next time it would be used!!!!!'

To receive the pass, active teachers are required to bring one of the following items to Will Call, located at the entrance of the visitor complex.

An active teaching certificate from the United States, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.
