The tour to Warner Brothers Studios in London was incredible! It is absolutely worth seeing. The organizer Axel Globe supported me very well with some questions and the organization was very easy and uncomplicated. The only thing I would have done differently was to allow a little more time than 4 hours. This is enough for the tour, but not enough for relaxed shopping or drinking butterbeer in a café, and I really felt the time pressure in the last 30 minutes. It would therefore be better if the tour was planned for 5 hours instead of 4. Otherwise a great experience and I will definitely be back as WB Studios constantly changes the theme of the rooms. So it never gets boring and identical.

For lovers of Harry Potter - and beyond - it is an experience that must be had at least once. There is really a lot of material from the entire saga to see, with explanations, insights and videos, all exclusively in English. I didn't give 5 stars because the package that also includes transportation and return only allows 4 hours to visit the studios. That sounds like a lot, but it is just enough time to explore the various pavilions and outdoor parts and take a short lunch break. At least an extra hour would have made the tour perfect. Last but not least, there are bars and restaurants where you can eat and taste the famous "butterbeer..." Really good!

Everything went so smoothly from the bus transport, to getting my ticket and heading into the studio, where I had a full 4 hours to wander around and take everything in. As someone who grew up reading and watching Harry Potter, this was truly a dream come true. The studio is amazing, being immersed in the old sets, being able to watch videos that explain the special effects, getting to sit by a green screen and ride on a broomstick- it was truly such a happy day for me. I loved drinking Butterbeer and taking pictures home as a souvenior. This was truly a 10/10 experience.

We didn't make it much past the entrance as our son freaked out. He is autistic and while he generally enjoys things like that in that moment he didn't know what to expect and had a total meltdown. The young man at the doors (Dre)l I think his name is), was amazing. He took the time to try and explain to my son what he could expect. He reassured him and very quickly built up a rapport with our boy. We got as far as having our photos taken but we didn't get to do the dungeons in the end it was just too much for our son but Dre cleared it with his managers and took us through into Shrek's adventure instead. We had a fun adventure in there and then returned to the dungeons and Dre was there, immediately asking our son if he had enjoyed himself. We ended up purchasing our photos from the dungeon even though we didn't make it in because I'd the customer service we received which was beyond anything we had ever experienced before. The best part. ..Dre had only been working at the dungeons for a week. What an incredible asset. Thankyou Dre. You made our trip!

Definitely worth a trip! It's expensive of course, but if you love Harry Potter and want to see behind the scenes, it's definitely worth it! It wasn't overcrowded on our day, you had to wait somewhere to get a photo in the popular spots, but it wasn't worth mentioning. We booked the tickets with return transportation, but the 4 hours weren't enough for us. It wasn't too bad though, we just got on one of the free Harry Potter double buses and went to the next train stop. The restaurant inside is great and the chicken wings were delicious! Didn't taste like cheap fast food. There are a few surprises waiting for you that I'm deliberately not telling you about here. Highly recommended, we spent 5 1/2 hours there with a slight pee in our eyes and enjoyed every last detail. Since then, I now know that dementors have a tail xD

Transportation there and back worked very well, there were screens on the bus with music, games and a Harry Potter film. Unfortunately, the transmission of the movie didn't work well, you couldn't see much or anything at all and the sound was much too quiet. There was no supervision during the trip. There was a tour of the WB studios, you were able to explore some of it for yourself, at the beginning and in between, there were explanations in English. Very crowded - lots of people everywhere, there were queues at the explanations and photo stations. Great live theater show in between. Prices for photos are extreme. Restaurant was a welcome break, the food was ok. Be sure to allow enough time for the store at the end, it covers several rooms, don't forget to queue at the ticket offices.

I had such a great time visiting The London Dungeon! The whole experience was spooky, funny, and full of surprises — the actors were incredible and really brought the stories to life. I loved how each scene had amazing special effects and dark humor, making it both educational and entertaining. Booking through Headout was super easy, and I received my tickets instantly with no issues at the entrance. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’d definitely use Headout again for my next attraction in London!
