This was a trip planned for 3 of my grandchildred- 2 aged 7 and one 5 and it was a lovely day out for them and me as it gave me an opportunity to spend quality time with them and for them to bond with one another. I had no idea what to expect from the Paddington Experience but was pleasnatly surprised and the two hours or so which we spent there passed very quickly. I would recommend it . Stephen K

I attended the experience with my 4 year old daughter. The start felt a little slow as we waited about 10 minutes for the "train" to arrive which is the start of the adventure. From there things only got better, with the highlight being meeting the "real" Paddington at the end. The street party where children can play games & get pictures with Paddington after the experience was also very welcome!

I expected to visit a themed exhibition with some interactive attractions, but the reality exceeded my expectations. The Paddington Bear Experience is a wonderful animation for children that will also captivate adult fans of Paddington Bear. The exhibition is guided by characters from the film, who are wonderfully made up and play their roles perfectly. The set design is also beautiful.

Everything is fantastic. We were an adult and a young person, and we got caught up in the game. We were projected into the world and places of Paddington. We looked for the cups and shots like children, and the actors in the films deserve Oscars for making everything so lively and funny. Great artists. You really must go...you won't be disappointed.

The whole Paddington experience was fabulous, it was a treat for my great niece, but with her Mum and myself, so a 74 year old, 50 year old and an 11 year old!! we absolutely loved it, from entering the shop to the booking office, the station waiting room and most of all just how real it all was, the train journey, Windsor Gardens, the Brown's House, Puru and Paddington at the end saying Thank you, a perfect experience. Loved that they involved us all in tasks throughout, and we laughed so much. We all simply had the best day. We all love Paddington Bear and this was perfect. The actors are truly amazing and so into the whole thing, feels so real and Mrs Brown looked and sounded just like Mrs Brown from the movies... loved it , loved it, thinking of taking my Gran Children next!! Thanks all for your hard work and for giving as a great experience, still talking about it now...

I felt it was a guided tour rather than an emersive experience. My previous experience with 'immersion' was 'The War of the Worlds' and that was truly fantastical. Use goggels, immerse me fully. I didn't get to see Paddington until the very end. The marmalade sandwiches are a real rip off. A jar of marmalade should havw been included gratis for the price. However I did live the cuddly Paddington and Aunt Lucy, and left with a pair! Also loved the train.
