Really enjoyed the experience, great actors throughout. What let it down was the end. It was a little underwhelming after the build up throughout the day to then arrive to an empty street with a snack shop window to buy treats. I feel the price of the tickets was quite expensive & it wouldnt hurt to be offered something to nibble & more going on at the end.

What a great experience! FULLY immersive and interactive, with a young and vibrant staff full of energy...my 4 year old felt like he was active part of a panto...truely magical moments. The icing on the marmalade party cake?! He got to meet the "real" Paddington and give him a hug

Absolutely brilliant, very easy to book and using the app to get into the invidual experiences was flawless, absolutely no problems whatsoever. We made the booking for our daughters birthday (7 y/o), she thoroughly enjoyed the eye but the Paddington Bear Experience was the highlight of the trip for her. Once you're past the ticket booth the staff/characters are brilliant, they interact with the children very well getting them involved (and even the adults to an extent). It's a shame you can't take pictures until the end, but I understand the reasoning as they need to keep the flow of attendees moving. Would definitely recommend and might even consider it again if the daugther is keen the next time we're in London. But I would definitely book through this format again.

Most of the actors were good, especially Mrs Brown and Mrs Bird, however I hadn't realised the whole thing would be guided by actors with lots of interaction that a mostly staid British audience didn't really get into. I began to think that after going through the rooms we'd have the chance to wander round the sets, take photos, have more interaction with Paddington, do more things. In short I thought the whole thing was way too short which made it extremely overpriced.

Very good visit with our grandaughtet who is nearly 5. At fist she was shy but on reaching the jungle in Peru she was hooked. At the end we could not get her out as she loved the games and drawing as well as all the characters that were around. A wonderful if exhausting day.

The experience was beautifully done — it never felt crowded, and the number of people was just right for the activity. Everything was so well thought out and detailed. My daughter and I absolutely loved it, and the characters did an amazing job too!
