On November 18th, my daughter and I had the pleasure of visiting the Vatican accompanied by our guide, Francesca (name to be confirmed). From the outset, she conducted the tour with a high level of professionalism and courtesy, immediately putting me at ease despite my initial nervousness about the meeting. Her knowledge of the Vatican Museums was truly impressive. The way she presented the history, context, and significance of the artworks was both eloquent and engaging. The staff at headout was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Andrea was an infusion of energy and italian hospitality! Our tour guide Fred was very knowledgeable and facilitated the entrance to the Vatican Museum. The Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. As an Architect he was exemplary and he went above and beyond to make sure that the group received as mich information as possible (he educated us the ENTIRE tour). I am happy we decided to utilize headout for our Vatican visit. I am sure my mother and I would have missed valuable information and our experience would not have been as rich if we chose a different direction.

Our tour guide Tonia was excellent. She had an incredible knowledge on the history of Rome, the Vatican and the museum exhibits. We were walked straight the to the museum entrance and were through security in a matter of minutes. The tour went very smoothly and she stopped at all the major exhibits and explained their history in detail. The headphones provided worked perfectly. Again we skipped the line for the Sistine Chapel and she explained the Chapel history and painting before we entered. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Vatican.

The app is quite intuitive, it offers you different alternatives until you find the one that suits what you want and your budget. Then the meeting point is easy to locate and close to the starting point to go to the museums. We had Marta as our guide who despite some inconveniences beyond her control, knew how to handle the situation and lead the tour in the best way, she gave relevant informative tips and the route was chosen with good criteria. Overall an experience of 10 and we will surely repeat!

Myself and a friend attended and thoroughly enjoyed the tour with Jessica. She was very knowledgeable and avoided the big large flag carrying which made everything more personable. Jessica taken us through three museums, finishing at the Sistine Chapel before carrying on to St Peter's Bassilica.
