Reservations available on the official website are very rare. I finally got the tickets on headout and all went well! You need a printed ticket to get in, but if you only have a PDF, the information desk will print out the tickets for you free of charge. Audioguides are available in many languages. The sets are magnificent.Devis

The tour, although it is only for the 4th floor, is very nice and gives us some history of the town and its main building. We had a hard time finding the guide but finally managed. You don't have to enter the lobby where you get tickets to enter the museum and palace but outside the palace itself, in the square just outside the revolving door on the city side, not the Danube side. Courteous Manuel and colleague to call us by phone. Eventually visit done!Marino
