We had high expectations and wanted to fully enjoy the experience. I was pleasantly impressed by the speed of check-in and the friendliness of the staff, from reception to the restaurant. The employees were kind and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the organization of the massage services disappointed us. Even though we arrived right at opening time, we waited about an hour to book a body massage, only to end up not being able to get one. It’s hard to understand how such an in-demand service can be handled by just one person at the desk, causing endless lines and frustration among guests. Therme Bucharest is a wonderful place, but I believe booking organization and staff allocation for high-demand services should be improved. It’s a shame that, after traveling specifically for this experience on such an important day for us, we couldn't enjoy a service we wanted so much. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration so other visitors can enjoy the full Therme experience without such disappointments. Thank youMMaxane K

The check-in process was seemless. Your locker key is a waterproof wristband that doubles as your access keycard and transaction record. No need to take your phone into the pool to pay at the bar! Just tap in the moment and pay when you leave the facility at the end of the day. The spa area itself is beautiful, with plenty of lush plants creating a jungle effect. The high glass ceiling reflects the pool lights at night, shining like stars above you while you sip a cocktail and float. There are plenty of loungers and daybeds. Bars available in all areas, and a wide variety of saunas for Elysium access visitors. My friends and I spent the whole day from 11am to 9pm and always found something to do. I recommend bringing a book, headphones, and an appetite for relaxing!
