Interesting but too short at 1.5 hours. A few interesting comments about the origins of the Gallery and the connection to the Medici family. The tour could be improved with a better-organized route.

We received a warm welcome at the tour operator's office, and Viktoria picked us up right on time for the tour. Both the walk to the entrance of the Uffizi and the manageable waiting time were put to great use by Viktoria to get us prepped and ready. Once inside, we were initially overwhelmed by the sheer scale and richness of the collection. Despite the crowds, Viktoria skillfully guided us between the other groups straight to the absolute highlights. With her incredible background knowledge, expertise, and a very charming sense of humor, she managed to keep us thoroughly engaged and attentive throughout the entire tour. In the end, we didn't feel like we had missed out on anything, even though there were so many rooms we didn't enter. A truly fantastic introduction to the seemingly boundless world of the Uffizi! We want to—no, we have to—come back, and with any luck, we'll get another great guide like Viktoria, who even gave us insider tips for the rest of our stay in Florence before saying goodbye! We absolutely recommend both the operator and our guide!!!

The meeting point was exactly where the tour details said it would be. We were checked off on the list and at the appointed time we met our guide. The guide was engaging and gave us some great insights to what we were looking at. We were able to hear everything she said because of the microphone/headset system that she/we were using. Once she had completed her part of the guided tour, we were free to do our own thing. Although it was busy, it didn't feel as busy as the Uffizi Galleries which was absolutely no fun. I would recommend this tour experience.

This combo is definitely worth to buy. The Florence Cathedral Express Guided Tour was relatively short, but very interesting and informative. The Florence Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour was absolutely wonderful, we saw the most notable spots of Florence. The other southern bank of the Arno river was really impressive. It has a panoramic view on the Florence. Besides it was nice to see the places where famous Russians Tchaikovsky and Dostoevsky lived. Oct 21, 2026

Pros: The commentary was quite detailed for this tour format. Very interesting history about the flourishing of culture under the Medici. The tour guide always found a spot in such a crowded place where you could see the exhibits well. Cons: It wasn't always easy to hear well through the earpiece.
