The universal studios Japan experience was magnificent. Everything was extremely organized, prepared, and staff were there to help at every point. With our general admission tickets we were able to get on every single ride. We arrived at 7:45am and finished the park by 4:30pm. Started at Super Mario World and then worked our way through the rest of the park. Staff were handing out stickers for first time visitors, they had a Jujutsu Kaisen special event. Merch is unbelievable, pricing at the park is awesome compared to back home (Orlando). This was a 10/10 experience and can't wait to experience it at some point in my life again when I'm back to Japan again. Universal studios Japan is a MUST stop on every Japan itinerary. It completely changes the tone of the trip and makes you feel like a little kid again (for context I am 37).

We had an amazing time at Universal Studios Japan! The park was incredibly clean, organized, and full of energy from the moment we walked in. The rides were top tier, especially Super Nintendo World and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — both felt immersive and detailed beyond expectations. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, even during busy hours, and the food options were surprisingly good throughout the park. The atmosphere at night was also unforgettable, with the lights, music, and themed areas making the whole experience feel magical. Wait times can get long for popular attractions, but using timed entry and planning ahead made everything much smoother. Overall, it was one of the best theme park experiences we’ve had, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Japan.

Having booked tickets to Universal Studios Japan in advance with Headout, using the provided QR code to enter the park gates was easy. The park itself was a delight at every turn! Each themed section of the park provided a new kind of immersion. Even the waiting queues of the rides were part of the thematic experience, making an otherwise long wait a part of the adventure! I hope to come back soon, so as to try out Nintendo Land, which my group wasn't able to do this time. (Nintendo Land e-tickets seem to sell out fast, so book one well in advance!)

Very good experiance, the staff was very friendly and helpful all acroass the park. My favorite part was harry potter. It was like walking in the real hogwards world. The shops and everything fits the theme its amazing experiance. Highly recomended!

Unfortunately, I only received the Express Pass ticket and not the ticket to enter Universal Studios; it wasn’t until I was denied entry and contacted customer support that the ticket arrived about 50 minutes later. Since I wasn’t sure if it would work at all, I bought a day pass through another site in the meantime so as not to block the line any further. In the end, customer support worked out, and I received the ticket (albeit late). For this reason, 3 stars. If I had received both tickets immediately after purchase, it would have been 5 stars.

Re-entry to the park is not allowed once you exit the park.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

Wheelchairs and strollers can be rented for a small fee. However, they are subject to availability and cannot be reserved beforehand.

It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

Depending on your height or medical condition, you may be unable to use some attractions.
