At the Prado, we first had to exchange our digital ticket for a printed one. That wasn’t clear beforehand, and we had to get back in line afterward. That wasn’t well organized. The same went for the Reina Sofia. The Thyssen, on the other hand, was hassle-free. When we arrived, admission was free for all visitors. Of all three museums, we liked the Thyssen best. It wasn’t as crowded as the Prado, and it was bright and welcoming. The Thyssen is a must-see for our next visit to Madrid!

We witness the grand magestic arcs or puertas and structures in the city rotundas. From the tour, we can see the beautiful contrast of both historical and modern landmarks. How awesome is the Plaza de Toros and Museo del Prado. We realized that Madrid is both enjoyable from the Bus point of view and from walking thru the streets. We have a lot of fun.

We enjoyed the tour very much. We took line 2 (Modern Madrid) and then line 1 (Classic Madrid). We want to congratulate the manager Salvatore. He guided us wonderfully and had a great last minute idea: he suggested us to get off and take line 2 (the back bus) first; this way we could enjoy both lines in a row. Congratulations!

Everything very clear and complete. Only negative note are the fact that certain museums were free certain days and obviously it was not marked, so I could have saved money. However, I did not queue and enjoyed in full freedom of time and schedule the experiences.

A beautiful start to learning about art in Madrid. The museums and galleries in this city are many-I couldn't help but start with these three fabulous museums, which collect many of the world's most famous works and also host very interesting temporary exhibitions. With the pass, I didn't have to stand in long lines and could visit the museums when it was most convenient for me-the pass lasts for a year. There is also a small savings compared to buying the 3 separate tickets.

Children under 18 accompanied by an adult can enter for free by visiting the designated ticket office.

Show your smartphone ticket at each museum; at Thyssen, enter directly, while at Prado and Reina Sofía, you must exchange your voucher at the designated ticket offices.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

Madrid City Tour 1 or 2 Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

Display either a mobile or printed voucher and hop on to the bus from any stop on the route. The driver will exchange it for the bus ticket.

Validity

Please carry a printout of the voucher along with a valid photo ID and display the same to the driver while boarding the bus from any one of the designated stops.

Your ticket is valid for 1 or 2 days depending on the option selected during purchase.
