I loved this place so much! It is definitely a must see, my son who is autistic loved it and thrived in this setting. Some thing's were a little scary as it can be loud at times but he did great! If your kid is into science Emily from Emily's Wonder Lab on Netflix is the host of the videos on the bus tours, so he was super engaged and listening. 100% to do: go on the bus tours and get off at all the stops, Chat with the astronaut (extra charge, worth it!). You won't be able to take pictures or have separate convos but, it is an intimate setting and you get ask questions and the astronaut we had (John Herrington) was so engaging, that was my favorite part, and of course the Apollo/Saturn V Center attraction, I sobbed. It was beautiful!

The Kennedy Space Center was a really good experience. There was plenty of hands on activities to keep my grandson interested. The only dissappointing activity was that we had signed up for "Chat with an Astronaut". It started at 9:30 and lasted about an hour. However, there was no time for young people shake his hand or to have a picture taken with the astronaut. Instead they were told that he would be in the gift shop from 12-12:45.

Our trip to the Kenedy Space Center was amazing. We met with John Herrington, an astronaut who told us all about working on the international space station. He answered many questions, and shared facinating stories from his life. Viewing the Atlantis shuttle with the Canada arm extended up close realy puts things in perspective.

It was nice to get to talk with an astronaut who happened to be Norm Thagard. He was a gentleman to talk to and was very expressive on his answers. Funny thing was when I found out who it was, I was frantically looking up dates on when his flight landed at Edward's to see if that was one of the landings that I saw. Nope it wasn't him. Still I got to explore the Saturn V exhibit and had a great time. My only miss was tge Atlas V launch that I may have made parts for launch. The exhibits were great, the simulators were very well done. I had a great chat with the gentleman tgat was the host of the Rocket Garden tour. The early missions, those astronauts were extremely brave to not only get into a tiny capsule thats not much larger than a recliner on refurbished ICBMS. I wish I would have purchased a second day. Always next year. To those that are space geeks like I am Go!!!

We like the concept. Norman shared a lot of good detilas and really was very entertaining. It would be a better experience for kids if the focus of the chat were the astronaut talking to them maaybe just asking their names to break the ice. Or focus a little more on them

This survey is one-sided with answers that fall short of ours, forcing us to choose answers that unfortunately do not suite the visit.

Absolutely amazing experience. I loved it so much and seeing the space rockets was incredible. The bus tours were amazing and seeing Space X launch pad was amazing. The whole experience was just incredible to see and will definitely be doing it again. 😊
