Communication with Headout and the local partners before the trip was excellent. We were picked up on schedule and Bob, our guide, was very interesting and knowledgeable. The coach was very comfortable. The Space Center was reasonably busy, but certainly nothing like it would be in high season. On Bob's recommendation we did the bus tour first. It took us 4 hours! We also paid extra to go to the chat with an astronaut, which was amazing. The Atlantis space shuttle exhibition was absolutely fantastic. A brilliant day out.

Everything, meeting the astronaut was really an awesome experience, up close and personal asking questions that he answered was the best. The place is way more than I thought it would be. We were there on a day that a supply rocket took off at 6:11 pm. We were able to stay for the launch, another unexpected thing to add to the awesome day. I would like to go back and spend more time on the other exhibits.

I really liked the astronaut chat. My son thoroughly enjoyed it and listening to others questions was nice too. Mike Foreman was informative and friendly. I do wish that since we paid for a visit with him that he was allowed to spend time getting photos with the kids. He was rushed off to another meeting in the park. I think that's the only thing that would have made it better. They provided snacks and cold drinks too. That was nice- especially on a hot Florida day. We intend to go back again.

Excellent except your booking for Meet an Astronaut information was off by an hour. The staff had to reschedule for us but the error was on your site.
