It was a very informative day tour to the DMZ. Guide "Han" spoke English that I could understand very well (although I only have language level B2). The conversation with the North Korean defector took place on the bus during the trip, which was great. The journey time flew by. The tour lasted 8 hours and it was never boring. What I found most interesting was the observatory with the binoculars on the roof. "Han" had previously explained exactly what was where. Now you could see the places for yourself with the binoculars. The bus with its leather interior and air conditioning was very well maintained.

The tour itself was good, but the booking proccess wasn't very straightforward. Even though I was supposed to receive confirmation of the tickets 6 hours after the payment, 2 days later I haven't heard anything, so I had to contact them, thinking it might have been a scam! ( my first time with headout) Also, when you pay extra for hotel transfer, it's only TO the meeting point, not from it after the tour. This wasn't clear for me in the reservation. The guide, SP, was really good, the tour went very smoothly and it was really interesting, I recommend it 100%
