It was a great experience for us to see Venice from above. Access was very easy and uncomplicated, I just felt sorry for the people who hadn't booked in advance and had to wait in the long queue. Conclusion "a perfect experience"

Not to be missed. Views were amazing especially as the day was so clear. Very civilised as it was lift access (Florence had over 400 stairs!) one of the highlights of my Venezia trip. Headout ticket was great and queue skip was seamless.
