it was great being able to go straight in to the attraction. It also helps a lot being able to book in advance to guarantee the day/time you want. I was much less keen on having to download an app just to store the tickets in- would have been much simpler to send them as pdf- same effect being saved to phone, just one less thing slowing the process down having to open an app. app now deleted.

It was a great experience for us to see Venice from above. Access was very easy and uncomplicated, I just felt sorry for the people who hadn't booked in advance and had to wait in the long queue. Conclusion "a perfect experience"

Very nice. I would have preferred to receive the tickets by email and not download a new app for the occasion but no big deal. The ticket we took included the pala d'oro, on the spot we paid extra to see the floor, the museum and the terrace (7€ access) and we absolutely did not regret it. It's one of the most beautiful Basilicas in the world.
