The display of artwork is remarkable in terms of quantity and artistic value: the very professional staff are up to the task of handling the high number of visitors, but I have seen pictures being taken with cell phones. From my point of view, visitors should enjoy the experience in a more intimate atmosphere; the immense joy of seeing so many enthusiastic and interested young people still repays the source of disturbance... The Museum in question in my opinion cannot be visited in a couple of hours, next time (hopefully soon) I would like to be able to stay at least the whole morning. Thank you for everything.

The art I don't understand why we had to meet someone to give us the tickets. Why couldn't we receive them digitally? We payed for audio - that was a waste of money! Not interesting, only a few works in the app, no possibility to search a specifique work. Totally outdated!

Not as busy as expected. Outstanding art. Excellent written info beside exhibits. Meeting arrangements not as advertised. Unable to access audio on phones. With 1 exception staff were less than helpful. One wing closed. Long queues for toilets. Still well at visiting.

Wonderful collection! Lots of religious art though; Hieronymus Bosch is the most beautiful,

There's no doubt about it, the works in the Prado are magnificent. What's more, it wasn't too crowded, so we were able to enjoy the site to the full. On the other hand, the audioguide offered was of mediocre quality: we didn't know the order of the works, the music was too loud for the voice, the explanation was too succinct, we couldn't zoom in on the map, there were very few works commented on compared with the vastness of the paintings on display... We should have taken the audioguide offered by the museum.

Good experience, you have to arrive with good spirits to walk, the entrance was fast and they presented the audio guide, although it gets a little tedious after a while with the house painting and there is no guide to follow.

Some magnificient art, beuatifully presented. Headout was easy to use and I booked before we travelled and had everythign on the app for when we arrived, which helped us plan and ensured that we got to see the things we wanted to see.
