We joined a small group and were guided directly into the Vatican Museums. After security and ticket scanning, the whole process took about 15 minutes, which was impressive considering the huge lines at 11:00 AM — we skipped them all. The museum itself is massive, more like a labyrinth of halls and galleries, with an incredible amount of people everywhere. The Sistine Chapel was almost overwhelming — we could only take a quick look, as the crowd was constantly being moved along by the staff. Personally, I don’t dive too deeply into art, so a brief look was enough for me, but for those who want to truly immerse themselves, the heavy flow of visitors can make it very difficult. We visited at the end of September, and overall the skip-the-line service was absolutely worth it.

The Vatican Museums were awesome, I loved it! But the experience was its Headout was awful. We arrived there early and they said to us to come with 15 minutes before the time of the tickets. When we got there at 11:10(we had the entry time at 11:30) they said to us that they don't have the tickets, because we only made an reservation, maybe "if we are lucky" the can make us a "favour" and get us tickets for 13:30. I was very upset and tried to talk with them and after 10 minutes they gave us tickets for 13:30. We booked ticket for 11:30. But all the people waiting there was in the same situation. I will not buy again from them anything. We got inside at 13:30 but after I argued with them.

We ended up getting a free bus tour and seeing the gardens, which were magnificent, and touring all of the museums and visiting the Sistine Chapel (it was a LOT of walking, but totally worth it!) We were a bit confused at first about the ticket redemption since it was a bit further from the entrance, but as soon as the guide arrived everything went smoothly and without any problems whatsoever🙌❤️ The surrounding area also had a number of great restaurants, one of which we stopped at to eat after our experience! The food was great and service was good.

We made our way to the designated meeting point, where a representative was waiting for us. Our name was indeed on the list. He then accompanied us to the official ticket office and spoke to the attendant himself. Once we had our tickets in hand, we followed the representative to the queue, which allowed us to enter the site in barely two seconds. He then wished us an excellent visit before leaving. Professional, straightforward, reassuring and efficient service. Thank you so much!

I was aware I have 2 hours for the tour so I was able to organize myself and in advance decided which part of Museum I want to visit (since you need at least 3 hours or even more), because I had plane to catch. What I did not like is the fact that we came to check-in to museum at 10.00 am instead of 9.30 like it was said. Most of us came at 9.15 (like it was asked from us to come), on time, and standing there, waiting 30 minutes for tour to start and to reach Museum (which from location is 15 minutes walk).

I loved the prompt service and professionalism from the company. They gave us a private escort literally passing through the crowds. I was very impressed. Thank you for making our morning go so smoothly! The museum was AMAZING and I'm so thankful for the time we had to see everything! I heard one representative say that truly if you spent 30 seconds at each individual exhibit or display that you'd take 4 years to get through the entire museum! Enjoy your time in the Vatican City! It's Lovely!

Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill

The Colosseum is one of Italy’s most popular destinations, attracting over 5 million visitors every year. Believed to have been constructed as a gift from the ancient emperors to the Roman people, this grand outdoor amphitheater once served as the epicenter for entertainment, hosting various public spectacles and games. A stage for gladiator fights, often including animals, the Colosseum has quite a bloody past. Step back in time, marvel at the impressive architecture, and walk the floor of the greatest arena known to mankind.

Your Colosseum ticket also includes entry to the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. Head to the Roman Forum and travel back in time as you walk along the same paths as the ancient Romans did. You’ll get a chance to witness popular sites including the Temple of Antoninus Pius, the Temple of Castor and Pollux, the Temple of Saturn, the Arch of Septimius Severus, and much more. Palatine Hill offers one of the best views of the city. Once considered the most desirable neighborhood in Rome, Palatine Hill lives on an extensive archaeological site and was the chosen spot for Emperors to build their homes.
