The staff are very friendly and the tour particularly enjoyable. I highly recommend doing it at the beginning of your stay, unlike us who did it at the end, having already explored most of the places served by tramway line 42.

The staff were very informative, helpful and pleasant. They were very clear when announcing the different stops. It is a good way to travel between attractions. But unfortunately due to the trams running late we did not get to experience several of the attractions we hoped to see.Antonio

It would have been okay if the streetcar boy who was supposed to take tickets and ring the bell saying the name and number of the stop had done his job instead of looking at his cell phone or chatting with his colleague. This made it difficult to follow the information by not knowing the station number. Fortunately, on the other streetcar there were cooperative and very friendly staff especially Daniil was always available to help and provide additional information. The company should check that the paid service is provided.
