The experience was outstanding especially the 'water' theme. Teamlab has curated a very thoughtful experience for everyone to soak in, build sensitivity to the nature and build empathy. The interconnectedness of the whole universe is so beautifully communicated. My quibble though is on the fast track pass- I bought a fast track pass for self, spouse, daughter at 3X price of normal pass. But I didnt see any differentiated fast track entry- stood in line with everyone after showing pass at the entrance. When I reached the QR gantry gate, I again informed that I was on fast track pass and was asked to go through a separate glass entrance . I dont understand how this constitutes fast track if I waited along with every one. It was an expensive wastage

TeamLab Planets Tokyo was a truly unique and immersive experience, definitely something worth experiencing at least once. The interactive installations make you feel like you are part of the artwork — walking through water, mirrors, lights, and spaces that completely change your perception of the environment. One small tip: make sure you respect the entry time on your ticket. You can’t enter earlier, and if you arrive too soon you’ll have to wait. That happened to us, and we realized there aren’t many places nearby to grab a beer or spend time while waiting. Overall, a memorable experience and very different from a traditional museum. Highly recommended!

I honestly loved teamLab Planets. It felt less like an exhibition and more like being dropped straight into an experience. Walking through water, having light and sound react to you, and completely losing track of time was unexpectedly calming. It’s immersive in a way that feels thoughtful rather than gimmicky. I liked how it made you slow down and just be present, which is rare when you’re travelling around Tokyo. Some moments felt playful, others surprisingly emotional, and everything was beautifully done. It’s visually impressive but still feels personal when you’re inside it. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip and absolutely worth doing.

Not particularly an easy location as we had to take a train and bus but well worth it! The queuing was tedious too as they held us back a little from our entry time but I guess it was very busy. Also poor loos... 2 out of order on our visit... The exhibits are truly amazing... an emersive experience that messes with your mind a little! We didn't have children with us but those around us had a fantastic time... there are different zones, some requiring you to remove your shoes and socks! But don't worry... the water is warm! It really is well done... the visual effects are stunning with bright colourful imagery and sparkling lights... a must see!

An absolute must-do in Tokyo! teamLab Planets isn't just an art museum; it's a completely immersive, full-body experience. You walk through the entire exhibit barefoot, and wading through knee-deep warm water while digital koi fish swim around your legs is surreal. The Floating Flower Garden with thousands of real orchids hanging from the ceiling was breathtaking, and the new Athletics Forest area added a really fun, active element to the visit. Make sure you wear shorts or pants that roll up easily! Highly recommend booking well in advance.

The entire Team Labs experience was fantastic, there was so much to see, and it was our 1st day in Japan, and was one of the highlights of the holiday. My son drew a lovely dolphin that left the printer and ended up swimming around the wall. The water experience was brilliant, with the fish flowing around you and disappearing into flowers in the water if disturbed. Bouncing on the floor and the colours going everywhere. Very colourful throughout, and the orchids growing and raising in front of you as you got close to them.

Very organized from start to finish. Staff was friendly, instructions were clear, and experiences/exhibits were outstanding! Such a great sense of presence as you proceed through each experience, which ultimately allowed each guest to reconnect with our inner child. Being our second time visiting, we were delighted to visit the new Forest and Water exhibits, along with virtually catching and releasing animals, all while learning a ton about each of them. 10/10 experience, can't wait to visit again!
