Booking this tour was one of the best decisions we made in Rome. Everything was exceptionally well organized, and we felt cared for at every step—even being escorted to the elevator. Our guide, Alana, was outstanding: highly knowledgeable and deeply passionate about the subject (not surprising, given her PhD in the field). I would strongly recommend including the climb to the top of St. Peter’s Basilica. Be prepared, though—it involves about 200 steps after the elevator, so a reasonable level of fitness and comfort with tight spaces is important. The effort is more than worth it: the panoramic view from the top is absolutely breathtaking and makes the entire experience unforgettable. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!

We learned so much today from guide. She was very knowledgeable and was able to navigate the crowds with ease while keeping us together and sharing her wisdom. We were unsure about booking a tour, figuring we could do it on our own. My wife and I are incredibly happy that with chose to take the tour. Easy to book and close to our hotel was just the icing on top for us. We had wanted to ascend the dome, but found buying tickets on our own would be outside of our time in the Eternal City. This was our way of getting to do what we wanted. We didn't realize that it would be so informative and we would enjoy it so much. We really enjoyed the tombs. Thank you for a great experience. Headout responded well to the required request, the agency best in rome on the contrary could not solve the problem and blamed heafot for the service. Best in rome was a disaster, I was worried about arriving 15 min before and when I arrived they told me that I had to wait those 15 min before validating my ticket, very messy and for the entrance to the basilica the guide advanced at her own pace and left the group behind, it was not a very good experience. Headout should see well which agency to choose because best in rome received quite a few revlamos that day for the start times and for not complying with the conditions of the tour purchased.

At the last minute my tour was changed. I made the resevation 2 months in advance. It was supposed to be a 2 hour tour starting at 10AM. I arrived at 9:30 to ensure I was there on time. I waited and waited for the skip-the line-guide who did not show up until 10:40 and told me my tour was changed to 11AM. I was told they notified me thru Whatsapp. However, I could not access it at the time because I had no internet service. It caused an inconveniece since I had made plans to meet friends for other tours starting a 12:30. Needless to say I was unable to meet for that second tour which was very disappointing. Once in the chapel, the tour guide was phenomenal. He was very informative and knowledgeble. However, I was disappointed with the late notification of the skip-the-line service.

Marco was great guide! Kudos to him. He has knowledgeable and we could clearly understand his accent.. But.... there were two beggars who approached our group while we waited outside the Vatican. And no one gave them coins or looked them in the eye. Which is not what Jesus taught. Then we had a lovely tour through the Vatican - until we saw that the Cardinals had covered all the artworks' sexual organs, while also proclaiming that the human body is beautiful and natural. And then whe we came outside, there were plentiful plentiful plentiful shops and souvenir stalls and restaurants selling wares, many of them cheap and blasphemous. Jesus would be aghast. So your company did a great job but the Vatican tour itself is hypocritical and leaves a lot to be deserved.

It was a good tour but adjustments should be communicated as needed for jubilee celebrations to manage peoples time better. It was a 1.5 hour tour that lasted 5 hours and we didn't finish. That was our choice not to finish, choosing an opportunity to attend mass instead. Lots of waiting in line. That's nobodies fault and worth it for Jesus. Just needs improved communication to help people prepare for what to expect. We loved our guide. She was very caring especially to an older woman who was trying to navigate the tour from a wheel chair.

My wife and I loved our tour of the Vatican museums and Sistine chapel. Our tour guide (cant remember her and exactly but I think it was Guilietta ) was fantastico! Our experience with Headout was excellent even though I had read some concerning reviews. One thing we heard was tours were cancelled in the morning due to some events taking place at the Vatican, but our tour at 3 pm had no issues - we heard that on weekends it's better to book in the afternoons. Highly recommend this tour!

This was my first tour with headout. We queued for 1.5 hours. And we had the best guide I have ever had in my Rome tours over the years. She had to stand in the queue too. Not only did she know her stuff, she could communicate it. Both my daughter and myself would give her 10 out of 10. I would definitely go on another tour with her. There were only 7 of us left because of the queue, and I'm pretty sure they share my enthusiasm for her as a guide. She was more than a guide.
