This was hands down one of the most incredible experiences of our entire trip to Bali. The "Elephant Feeding & Mud Bath" at Bali Zoo exceeded all expectations - from the warm hospitality of the staff to the once-in-a-lifetime chance to get up close with these gentle giants. Getting into the water and scrubbing down an elephant while it splashed around was surreal and surprisingly emotional. It’s not every day you get to connect with such majestic animals in such a personal way. The setting of the zoo itself is lush and well-maintained, and the team made sure everything felt safe, respectful, and animal-focused. You could tell the elephants are loved and well cared for. If you're in Bali and looking for something meaningful, interactive, and memorable - this is it. Worth every cent. Highly recommend booking in advance and wearing something you don't mind getting a bit muddy!

Paying a big chunk for an elephant ride, at least the photo's taken / printed should be part of the package itself, the way zoo treated the elephants wasn't the best way as well, it was horrible.Imogen

It was great! We loved it, for me it was a dream to be able to interact with the animals and we could prepare their food, feed them, give them mud baths and then bathe them with brushes and clean water, we could also bathe with them in one of the pools there and bathe with them in the river, an experience very close to the animals. The price also included lunch and after the activity a tea or coffee with a snack and the option of a transfer that comes to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel where you are staying. Apart from this activity the rest of the zoo and its animals also enchanted us. We are very happy with the great day we spent at the Bali Zoo. We recommend it 100%.Shyrah

it was great ! but nothing like the pictures, in the pictures it shows a couple and the orangatang behind you but in reality it's a huge like outside restaurant with a bunch of other people too over 100 people, still amazing just false advertisement in the pictures, but we did get to feed elephants in the same area which was amazing mumma and her baby it was great
