The tickets worked without any problems, but the audio guide is a bit clunky and sometimes confusing. We had to look at other tourist websites about the Acropolis to understand exactly where the individual objects are located and how to get to them. Better tour guidance with navigation and pictures of the objects would be very helpful.

The history of the Acropolis and Parthenon, the museum was a beautifully designed building and a pleasure to walk through, however... It was not well pointed out where you could or couldn't take photos. Also, in the area showing the movie of the history, it needs an attendant or signs asking people to be quiet.

Dinner at the restaurant! The food was delicious and the maître d' was fantastic! The setting was magnificent, with a view of the Acropolis and live piano music! The exhibits were beautifully presented—with great lighting, proper labeling, and ample space—and it was easy to move around. A museum not to be missed. As for the Acropolis, it’s a marvel.

You simply choose a suitable time slot and then visit the individual stations at your own pace. On a guided tour, you are often dependent on the group. But you can't ask any questions here. It's a question of what you prefer.

An unforgettable experience! Having the combo acropolis museum and audio guide made everything easier and much more meaningful. The audio guide was clear and the instructions and guidance was well-structured and informative. I even gave information to other tourists like a guide:) three demons was my favorite. The Acropolis Museum was a perfect complement to the site, especially after walking among the ruins. Everything was well organized, and the combo ticket saved both time and money. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Athens for the first time.

Walking up to the Acropolis and seeing the Parthenon up close for the first time was unforgettable. The views over Athens were breathtaking, and the whole site felt truly powerful and historic. The acropolis and Parthenon itself was a brilliant experience - it was a wonderful place to visit. The very poor communication from Headout about the change of entrance was annoying. The badly managed queues and ticket scanning to get in was dreadful! The audio guide instructions were confusing and when we queried we were given conflicting info but once in it worked great. So the attraction was great but headouts admin and communication was terrible!

Please note that the Athens city audio tour is not available in Chinese.

To get to the Acropolis, take Metro Line 2 and exit at Acropolis station. Walk along Dionysiou Areopagitou Street, and you’ll see the Theatre of Dionysus on your right.

After booking, you’ll receive an email with instructions for accessing your ticket and audio tour. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Be sure to download your ticket and audio tour using Wi-Fi before your visit, as the mobile signal on Acropolis Hill can be weak or unreliable.

The audio tour works on Android (5.0 or later) and iOS smartphones with 100-150 MB of free space. It is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th gen or older, iPad 4th gen, or iPad Mini 1st gen.
