The ticketing experience worked out just fine, the only negative point I would like to mention is that on the day of the visit to the Cathedral we had to wait for more than 1 hour on the line along with dozens of other people, all of us under heavy heat, even though we had booked a guided tour! It was not pleasant! I must say however that our tour guide, Rosa, was extremely nice and made every efforts to overcome the situation but it was a matter of internal organization at the Cathedral. As a suggestion, they shoul be more careful with the booking of the slots to avoid these situations, particularly when major crowds are expected.Heather
