We arrived with an advance reservation, and the greeter outside was exceptionally kind and polite. They had us wait a few minutes, kept an eye on where we were, and let us in right on time. It was fascinating to have every corner inside the house explained to us—foreigners as we are—allowing us to dive into Gaudí's thoughts and feelings, with descriptions so profound that they truly brought each piece of work to life. It was genuinely an invaluable experience in its richness and the emotions it evoked. Excellent!!! The Battló is a work of unbelievable beauty and surprising functionality. Gaudí paid attention to every last detail to make life in the house both pleasureable and comfortable. Platinum tickets are not worth the price difference, Gold is fine. Go early. The venue fills up fast and crowd and noise make it difficult to appreciate the venue.

The organization is very good, and the staff at the entrance were very friendly and ready to guide you with anything needed. The audio guide works very well for each area and lets you enjoy every space at your own pace. The place is gorgeous.

Short wait time to get in. The audioguide on the tablet was very helpful. Even though it was crowded, the hallways rarely got blocked thanks to how the groups were spaced out. The house is spectacular, and you truly experience and breathe it in as if it were a living being.

The inside was even more extraordinary than the outside. Unfortunately, according to the info on the app/website, kids aged 12 or younger were supposed to get an augmented reality tablet, and my 12-year-old daughter was really looking forward to it. However, during "check-in," everything was very rushed and we only got an audio guide. My daughter was disappointed that she didn't get the AR experience.
