Getting started

Begin at the Tokyo Skytree entrance at your reserved time for ticket validation and entry. After your observation deck visit, head to the 7th floor of Tokyo Solamachi East Yard to exchange your planetarium voucher, and enter Sumida Aquarium at the 5th floor gate anytime during business hours.

What to expect

Tokyo Skytree Tembo Deck & Galleria

Tokyo Skytree stands as Japan’s tallest structure, offering sweeping views across Tokyo from its Tembo Deck and Galleria. These observation decks provide a unique vantage point to spot city landmarks and the surrounding landscape.

Features

Tembo Deck: Access the main observation level for 360-degree views of Tokyo’s skyline, including iconic sites and, on clear days, Mount Fuji.

Tembo Galleria: Walk the sky-high glass corridor, ascending to 450 meters for an elevated city perspective.

Planetarium TENKU: Exchange your voucher for a show ticket and enjoy immersive astronomical projections in a state-of-the-art dome theater. Showtimes are subject to availability on the day.

Sumida Aquarium: Explore diverse aquatic exhibits, including a large indoor open pool and displays featuring Tokyo Bay’s marine life, all within a modern setting.

This special pack is available only from January 1 to January 31, with select closure dates for each facility.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Carry your voucher (printed or digital) for exchange at the Planetarium TENKU ticket counter.

What’s not allowed

Entry is strictly prohibited after the Planetarium TENKU screening begins.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the venues for security reasons.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Accessibility

Some areas within the Tokyo Skytree, Sumida Aquarium, and Planetarium TENKU may have limited accessibility. Please check with each facility in advance if you require specific accessibility support.

Additional information

You must select your desired entry date and time for Tokyo Skytree when booking.

The Sumida Aquarium ticket is valid only on the day of participation during business hours.

The Planetarium TENKU voucher must be exchanged for a timed ticket at the 7th floor counter on the day of your visit; seats and showtimes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Please ensure your Tokyo Skytree entry time does not overlap with your Planetarium TENKU viewing time.

On weekends and public holidays, allow extra time for congestion at Planetarium TENKU.

Age categories and participation restrictions differ among facilities; please check before purchasing tickets for preschool children.

Check closure dates before your visit: Planetarium TENKU is closed on 1/19, 1/20, and 1/21; Sumida Aquarium is closed on 1/21.

Note shortened hours: Planetarium TENKU closes at 2pm on 1/22; Sumida Aquarium closes at 6pm on 1/16.

Reservations must be made by 11:59pm the day before your participation date.

General seating only is available at Planetarium TENKU; Crescent Moon seats are not eligible with this ticket.
