The prices were fair, the customer service was super fast and very helpful, when we needed help, and it is very easy to navigate the site. And again, if there was a problem with the site, the app or the order, then they are fast at helping with the problem. The trip to skytree was also super amazing!

I'm very pleased that I made the decision to purchase my tickets online in advance for my recent trip to Tokyo Skytee. Headout made the transaction easy and quick. Skipping the long lines at the ticket counter was wonderful. My visit to the Tembo Deck and Galleria was thrilling !!

Yesterday

The guide was perfect and very attentive. Even though we had rain for a good part of the day and Mount Fuji was hidden from us, I really appreciated the route and how quickly you adapted to the very unpredictable weather.

Admission was super smooth. We also had tickets for the top floor, but I would skip that next time. The difference isn't that big, and there was a line for the elevator. It's not worth the extra cost. Otherwise, it was a fun experience.
