An incredible experience! Park Güell and Casa Batlló exceeded all expectations. Gaudí’s genius is evident in every detail, from the colorful mosaics to the shapes inspired by nature. The park offers spectacular views of Barcelona, while Casa Batlló impresses with its creativity, lighting, and richness of detail. The timed-entry ticket system made the visit much easier and helped us avoid lines. It was one of the highlights of our trip and an experience I recommend to everyone visiting the city.

We had a fantastic experience visiting Park Güell and La Pedrera–Casa Milà! The self-guided audio tours were excellent—they provided interesting historical context and pointed out details we would have easily missed on our own. Everything was great. When you buy a ticket on an external platform, it’s a bit complicated to activate the audio guide. That said, the staff were amazing. They fixed it right away. But it should be easier, or the instructions should be clearer. But overall, it was brilliant.

Park Güell is a marvel. We had a little trouble with the audio guide because we had to find the listening points on our own. Casa Batlló is very beautiful and evocative. The audio guide was very easy to use, with clearly marked listening points. Overall, it was a good experience.

Wear comfortable walking shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking on uneven paths and multiple stairways.

During the summer months, it is recommended to bring hats/caps to protect from the sun, and water for hydration due to high temperatures.

Park Güell

For visitors with mobility problems, Park Güell offers two free wheelchairs for hire (subject to availability).

The tourist coach car park has three places for people with reduced mobility.

Available facilities: paid parking and restrooms.

Avoid loose-fitting clothes and slippers on the rides for your safety.

Children under 90cm in height can enter for free; those between 90–120cm require a child ticket, and anyone over 120cm must purchase an adult ticket.

Park Güell

During peak season, April to August, expect a considerable wait time at entry.

Note: Park Güell has three entrances—choose what suits you! Av. del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya has escalators (though it’s steep), Carretera del Carmel (nº 23) is ideal for coach drop-off, and Carrer d’Olot brings you right into the Monumental Zone.

If you'd like to skip a lot of climbing and stairs, a great option is to take public transport like Bus #24 or grab a taxi. This will get you to the entrance at Carretera del Carmel, which is just a short 100 meters from the bus stop. You'll find the area with the monuments only another 100 meters in, and mostly flat 200-meter stroll!

Children under 6 can enter for free, they just need free tickets. For a seamless entry, book their free tickets during checkout.

Guests are allowed to bring outside food and water into the venue. However, they must consume it in the designated picnic areas only.

The audio guide is available on the Headout app. Instructions to download will be shared with your ticket, and you can also access them offline. Do bring your own headphones.
