CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5The Prado Museum is magnificent. The Reina Sofia is modern art, so I didn't like everything, but the space in front of *Guernica* is big enough for everyone to enjoy it without having to elbow their way through. The audio guide isn’t that interesting—not enough information about the painter, the work, the context, etc.—and too many comments like “magnificent,” “revolutionary,” “outside the box,” etc. Thyssen: Not on par with the other two; a profusion of works by minor artists, with a few minor works by major artists. If you don’t have it included in a package and you’re not a painting enthusiast, it’s best to skip it.FFederico P
CoupleVerified bookingLast week4/5It was chaotic because it wasn't clear that I had to download the tickets; I thought the ticket they sent me was more than enough. When I arrived at the museum, they asked me for the tickets, and it turned out I didn't have internet, so it took a lot of effort and time to get connected. Plus, there was the scare that I might have been scammed, but luckily I was able to download them and enjoy the beautiful museum 👍🏻PPaola D
SoloVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5The single-ticket experience was great—no lines at all, except at the Prado, where you still have to exchange it. I was lucky enough to never have to wait in line since I went on a weekday, even though I was with a child under 18 who needed a free ticket.FFrancisco L
