What I loved most about my spa and pool experience in Bucharest was the perfect balance of relaxation and atmosphere. When we arrived there were not many people, 25/09/2025 at 11:30h approx. It was gradually filling up. We bought tickets for Palm, although we thought there could not be children, there were babies and children between 1 and 2 years. They call your attention for entering with your cell phone in the water, but they don't tell you anything for walking around with drinks in the pools... I don't understand anything.... There were friendly employees, but others were rude, a girl warned us that we could not enter with the phone in very bad manners.

Very nice thermal spa. Not overly crowded. Great drinks & swim up bars. Pool water was good temperature. The entire facilities were clean. The saunas were great, especially the more hidden one outside which had no other guests in it. Our lunch was great. The entire experience was not too expensive either. Rented the towel easily. Using the wristband to calculate payments at the end went smoothly.

Everything organized very well! We went on a Saturday night with a 3 hour pass 35 euros with the possibility to enter all rooms! At 8 pm we found lots of people magiorparte between 25-40 years old! Beautiful spa and very functional, fun and clean! Only downside that it was not easy to find a free lounger on a Saturday night! Definitely to be done again!
