I liked that a few days before the tour, they send emails with instructions to follow. It is very clear and easy to follow. They started the tour right on time. Our guide spoke Spanish very well, was very pleasant, and provided us with plenty of great information about the palace and the paintings we visited. Time flew by.

Upper Belvedere is an excellent site to visit, the art collection is not huge, but well organised and presented. The tour was well run and our guide gave a good overview of history behind the palace, park and art collection.

Tour of the museum was very nice, tour guide was professional and shared good/important facts not only about the place/grounds but also about its history and the paintings in the museum themselves, tour lasted about 1 1/2 hours and would have been nice if it was a bit longer. Would recommend it to first time visitors.

Tour is a great option if you would like to understand a bit of how art was developed throghout the years, what where the artists trying to say. I'm not a great connoisseur of art history so it was very insightful. Martina our guide was great, she was very energetic and kind.

Really enjoyed the insights provided by our guide. So much to take in but the highlights she presented to us in a succinct and easily understood style made the visit just perfect. The section on Klimt was first class, her panoramic picture tip an added "extra" and her suggestion to walk down through the gardens to the city rounded off a visit beyond expectation.
