An absolutely amazing place to visit, fantastic tropical garden, great animal shows... it's clear that the animals are loved and well taken care of. Well placed areas to eat whilst watching the shows. We'd definitely visit again next time we're in Tenerife. A big thanks to the whole staff.

We had to get a taxi there as there was no bus from our hotel, so that was €25 euros right away. The ticket price was too expensive for what was in there. We were given no map on entrance, as soon as we’d paid and walked in, staff surround you, place a bird on you and take pictures, there’s no way to avoid this as they crowd you. The signage is terrible, and on the website they advertise animals that they don’t even have anymore. Food was the biggest rip off we’ve ever encountered and the staff serving it were rude and offensive. You can hand feed a lot of the animals but EVERYTHING COSTS EXTRA, and you get a few crumbs in a plastic ball, honestly the worst feeling paying money to feed animals and you get a teaspoon of food. The enclosures looked small, and a lot of the animals looked quite sad. Worst part was walking about not knowing where to go, I could see others looking lost too. We probably missed a lot due to poor or lack of signage . We decided to leave 2.15pm, on leaving they showed us the pictures they took at the beginning, staff showed us 5 pictures of us, the pressure to buy was quite intense, €10 EACH!!!We chose 2 that looked ok, and they just toss the other 3 aside, what are you going to do with them??? What a waste. It’s the first time in my life I’ve left a place feeling not only ripped off but extremely underwhelmed. The final blow was finding out the only bus would not arrive for another 2 hours, so had to get another expensive taxi.

Quiet hidden gem on the island of Tenerife. Reasonably small crowd on the day we visited but enough to give an atmosphere. Needed more than the recommended two hours to visit to see and appreciate all the animals. Got up close and personal albeit behind appropriate barriers to many of the animals with my favourite being the racoon (always wanted to see a real one and spent too long watching it then went back before I left) and for my spouse the capybara and armadillo. Excellent value for money and got to see some of the work the staff do to take care of the animals whether feeding the racoon/coatis or the mucking out of the porcupines and elsewhere the emus.

We visited here in june. Park was fairly quite, which allowed us to ramble around and was ideal. The bird show was brillant and the seal show was also good. We got a taxi from Costa adeja which cost €15 and waited about 10 min outside for a return taxi , again about €14. Was a great relaxing day, we arrived about 11 and left at 4. You could easily get another hour or 2 out of it.Well worth a visit for a nice relaxing day.
