The instructor is knowledgeable and the whole experience was interactive. He also had connections with Japan's minister of agriculture and is currently discussing suggestions on how to improve the distribution and implement proper grading of Matcha for authenticity. It seems like the instructor is passionate about the subject. It was a great experience and we highly recommend this workshop.
