I'd recommend the London Eye, a great view of London and Big Ben in particular. No waiting, no need to buy a faster ticket. We arrived early and had no trouble getting on without having to wait for our timetable. As for the cruise, I'm a little disappointed. We got on at the London Eye, and the boat was already full. We sat where there was room, so we were separated. No commentary in French with audioguide as advertised. The QR code in the boat is only for ordering food and drinks. On the other hand, the view of Tower Bridge from the Thames is very beautiful. Worth it for that alone.

I highly recommend taking the fast line because it makes a considerable difference in time saved, I took it and in less than 10 minutes I was already inside, I also recommend going at 11am which is when the attraction starts operations. They have order in the lines, it is organized and certainly buy your photo packages adding the digital version, they give you many versions of backgrounds and videos, excellent experience.

The London eye was a great experience. We missed the river tour but as it's a flexi ticket you can pick it up at a different time. The river boat cruise is only one way, we were not aware of this and only saw one bridge, again not aware that the penultimate cruise decides to terminate at London Bridge. So this was a bit disappointing. Join the cruise at Westminster or Greenwich bridge for full experience.

    1. we waited in vain for the confirmation for the River Cruise...should have come 30min after signing the contract. 2. the river tour did not end at the starting point...so we had problems to reach the following attraction, the Eye, in time. The tour description was wrong. 3. the river boat was unkempt and uncomfortable (metal mesh seats). The announcer was hard to understand.
