What’s not allowed

  • Strict dress code: It is recommended to wear smart casual attire on the cruise. However, thongs, singlets, or beachwear are not allowed.

Accessibility

  • Pets are allowed on the cruise with permission from the crew prior to boarding.

  • Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

  • This experience is wheelchair and pram/ stroller accessible.

Additional information

  • Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.

  • Smoking is permitted on the open deck of the vessel.

  • All meals are freshly prepared onboard the vessels and have limited time to prepare and serve the food. As this is a special event, requests for special diets, substitutions and modifications of the menus will be politely declined by the operator.

  • Please note that there is a minimum of 2 people per table/booking.

  • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

  • Please arrive at the boarding point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

  • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the boarding point.
