Transportations had to more clear. Having preserved responses does not work on personal queries. The weather was terrible and given that you have enough knowledge to know what it would be like, adequate information could be provided so the customer can buy it on another date. The late ticket should have specified that it is not for a family with young children. And that the ti ket could be upgraded to a full ticket at the bana hills counter. When we bought tickets there was of choice 1630 or 1800 pick up. Chosen 1630hrs. However bus timing was 1700. Reached destination before 6pm refused cable till 1900hrs. Is truly waste of our time

Make your way to the shuttle pick-up point behind the September 2 Monument on 2/9 Street in Da Nang. Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected departure time. Present your mobile ticket directly at the gate once you arrive at Ba Na Hills.
