Your ticket allows you to enter the museum up to 15 mins after the time mentioned on the ticket. You can stay as long as you wish inside (until closing).

People who are unable to independently navigate through the museum may bring one companion with them for free. You can pick up an entrance ticket for a companion at cash register 1.

At the Museum Square, there is a locker point where you can store your luggage safely.

Your ticket is valid only for the selected date and time slot, and cannot be rescheduled. Guests who do not show up or arrive after their scheduled time may be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a reschedule or refund.

If you’re running late, we recommend speaking with the Rijksmuseum staff at the entrance. While entry is not guaranteed, the team will try to assist you depending on availability.
