After totally falling for Get your Guide on a vacation in Barcelona, we are very enthusiastic about this tour - Rome / St. Peter's Basilica with access to the papal tombs and access to the dome. MARIA was the main reason for this. She made this tour a highlight with her professionalism and, above all, her friendly personality. If there were 10 stars, Maria would get them from us. Absolutely deserved. The tour was really uniquely good !!! In addition, with the technical equipment a really good tour, which was very worthwhile and will remain in our memories. Best regards to Maria, we told her that we come from Trier, the oldest city in Germany. Many thanks to Doris and Bernd Diedrich

We learned so much today from guide. She was very knowledgeable and was able to navigate the crowds with ease while keeping us together and sharing her wisdom. We were unsure about booking a tour, figuring we could do it on our own. My wife and I are incredibly happy that with chose to take the tour. Easy to book and close to our hotel was just the icing on top for us. We had wanted to ascend the dome, but found buying tickets on our own would be outside of our time in the Eternal City. This was our way of getting to do what we wanted. We didn't realize that it would be so informative and we would enjoy it so much. We really enjoyed the tombs. Thank you for a great experience. This French-language tour of the Basilica of St. Peter was a great success, mainly thanks to our guide Pierre, who gave us many details to help us understand the origins and very essence of the Basilica. Pierre is a passionate guide who loves to share his in-depth knowledge of the building, and his passion shines through. He explains things very well in French, even though it's not his mother tongue. On our second visit to the basilica, after the guided tour, we admired and experienced the site in a completely different, less neophyte way. We recommend this visit and thank Pierre once again for his high-quality explanations. Top.

Our tour guide was well informed and very friendly. We were given lots of information about St. Peter's Basilica. You are given a radio receiver and earphones. This meant that we could always hear very well. Due to a papal audience in the morning, St. Peter's Basilica was only open to visitors from midday. Together with 134683726 other people, we pushed our way through the crowds in front of the Vatican, the security check, St. Peter's Square and, after two hours of queuing, finally through St. Peter's Basilica. Our guide always managed to keep the group together and shortened the waiting time with anecdotes about the history of Rome and the Vatican. Despite all the waiting (which wasn't the guide's fault), it was an eventful excursion. If you like people and like queuing somewhere, then visit the Vatican.

Excellent experience with Sam, who is an outstanding guide. Because of the huge crowds preventing access to the basilica on Sunday (due to the canonization), he kindly offered to move it to the following day so that we could enjoy it. He's a great teacher, and takes great care to ensure that his group remains complete despite the crowds. He gets people involved and brings the experience alive. The visit to the dome is the icing on the cake, and we don't regret it. You don't have to be afraid of the narrow, sloping corridors! What an incredible view of the Vatican! As always, it's very crowded... You have to be patient in the queues.

I spent a day ecstatic about the things of God, full of spirituality and very blessed. Surprised by all I was able to see and experience. It had been a lifelong dream of mine to experience and be in that immensity of our faith as a Catholic within St. Peter's Plaza and St. Peter's Basilica itself. And, additionally, to be able to climb the dome of the Basilica. Praise be to God who has allowed me to fulfill one of my most important dreams in my life, and what I wrote hours after my visit, even with tears in my eyes from the emotion. Blessed be God and Blessed Mary of Guadalupe that I was able to be here on this wonderful day of my life.

The waiting time at the entrance was very moderate. St. Peter's Basilica itself is a huge experience. The ascent of the dome was very good and really fun. Since we booked the staircase, we had no waiting time. I would recommend anyone who is good on foot to take the tour up the stairs. All in all a very nice experience.

The tour guide Fabian, the entrance to the Vatican was very tedious because it was very busy, but he always found a gap so that we got through security a little faster. The explanations and information from him were very good and understandable. Definitely a 100% recommendation.
