CoupleVerified bookingSep 20265/5Easy to find the group, the tour guide was lovely and engaged with the group well. The tour of the basilica was brief (20mins). We didn't go up to the second level for some reason and stayed on the main level only. Would have been nice if the guide allowed little pauses between areas to just take photographs as it can be hard to get good pictures while also listening and being respectful to the guide giving us information. The second part of the ticket to the doges palace is self guided and was nice to do at our own pace. Don't skip the palace, it's stunning. They have free audio guides available for download, download the app beforehand (MUVE app). They have lists on the app you can download so that you don't have to do it at the locations. Very handy.ZZhuk M
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Very convenient, we skipped the line to enter the museum and explored everything at our own pace. The Doge's Palace is an unforgettable experience: the paintings, the armory, the prison. We just couldn't find the Bridge of Sighs; it wasn't marked anywhere on the museum signs.FFrancesca C
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Always wonderful! I had already been to the Doge's Palace and was enchanted by its magnificence, so I decided to gift the ticket (10% off) to a friend of mine for her birthday. What can I say, the rooms are always magnificent and rich in art, absolutely jaw-dropping! The route is very well organized, with the free audio guide included. The option to enter at any time without long lines or unwanted waiting is great. Also included in the ticket are the Correr Museum, the Marciana Library, and the Archaeological Museum, which are very nice and quick to visit. Highly recommended!MMichel F
CoupleVerified bookingLast week4/5The tour and the information provided were very good. Lots of info. However, interior repairs were underway and sometimes the noise was a bit too loud. Lots of history and details about the frescoes. On the plus side, you gain a much better understanding of the schism between the Roman Catholic Church and the Church of Constantinople. The interior lighting (for us around 11:00 AM) was limited. A tour better done later in the afternoon regarding the position of the sun??CChristo T
GroupVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5Organisation neds improvement. Voucher for 9:30 leads us to one place, then it happens that we have to go to another one because meeting point was changed, and finally we were told that we missed the time slot! Slot recheduled . Attempt to visit Doge's palace and it happens that it is possible to do it only after 12:00PM! We had to change our plans on the run. Apart that these two sites are a "must visit" in Veenice.
