After an initial feeling of uncertainty due to my mistrust, I had to change my mind when I went to the meeting point with the voucher and they gave me the ticket for the visit to the Doge's Palace... My friend and I arrived before the reservation time and were able to enter immediately... It was a wonderful experience and I must also mention the absolute reliability of the HEADOUT platform.

Yes, the crowds in Venice are extreme, but once inside the doge's palace because it is so large, it was peaceful and so beautiful absolutely not to be missed. With these tickets, we walked right in. The decoration and paintings are over the top and a beautiful example from that time period. It includes walking over the bridge of sighs and into the prison which I found fascinating.

This is a family run business that stay true to its ad. Skip the line really meant skip the line. Unlike many other companies. Don't hesitate if you're considering choosing to go with them. The door was fabulous and father and daughter were there to welcome us into the Piazza so we didn't wonder Where we needed to go, again unlike other companies. I highly recommend.

Everything is fine, but the ticket collection point is poorly marked. It would be enough to write that tickets can be collected at the ticket office at the entrance to the Doge's Palace (Palazzo Ducale).
