• Southern Cross Tours may alter or cancel any section of the itinerary that may result from road closures, weather, suppliers, or any other condition of an operational nature.

• Alternate vehicles may be used if a Southern Cross vehicle is unavailable.

• Tour duration is approximate and is based on tour time starting from and returning to Aquaduck booking office, Surfers Paradise.

• There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

Infants aged 0-2 can go for free. Children aged 2-16 enjoy reduced ticket pricing (carry a valid photo ID).

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs.

• While booking, please provide the name of your hotel.

• This is applicable to all hotels in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, or Main Beach.

• Pickup points are also available in Southport and Nerang.

• If your hotel is not in the pickup zone, you will be provided with the nearest pickup location.

• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your hotel.
