Important Information

• Please report to the Paradise Jet Boating office 30 minutes before the start of the experience.

• This experience is only for children above the age of 4 and is not suitable for pregnant women.

• Cameras, bags, and cellphones are not allowed.

• If the experience gets canceled due to meteorological causes, another day will be offered for the experience. If it is not redeemable, the totality of the amount will be refunded.

Every day, from 9 AM to 4 PM.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

• Kindly ensure that you arrive 30 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid any delays.

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo. ID proof for verification
